Die Aufnahmen werden in der Regel nach spätestens 10 Tagen automatisch gelöscht, sofern sie nicht zur Aufklärung eines konkreten Vorfalls erforderlich sind. In solchen Fällen erfolgt eine Speicherung bis zur vollständigen Klärung und abschließenden Bearbeitung. Die Daten werden unverzüglich gelöscht, sobald sie zur Zweckerreichung nicht mehr erforderlich sind (§ 4 Abs. 5 BDSG).
Empfänger:
Im Falle von sicherheitsrelevanten Vorfällen kann eine Weitergabe der Aufzeichnungen an Ermittlungsbehörden (z. B. Polizei) oder Versicherungsgesellschaften erfolgen.
Ort der Kameras:
Die Kameras befinden sich ausschließlich in gekennzeichneten Bereichen und sind nicht auf öffentlich zugängliche Flächen oder private Räume (z. B. Umkleiden, Sanitärräume) gerichtet.
Ihre Rechte:
Als betroffene Person haben Sie das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung oder Einschränkung der Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten gemäß Art. 15 ff. DSGVO. Zudem steht Ihnen ein Widerspruchsrecht gegen die Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten aus berechtigtem Interesse zu.
